All packages are shipped directly from the Bay Area, California.

Yes — we only sell 100% authentic products from Pop Mart, sourced directly or through authorized distributors.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our reach — stay tuned!

🧸 What if an item is missing or damaged?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
